Every treadmill, rower, rig and dumbbell set you order is received, inspected, run-tested and protective-packed at our Benoni fulfilment and distribution centre, then shipped insured by courier to all nine provinces. We don't sell over a counter and we don't offer local pickup; every order is delivered to your door and, for commercial equipment, professionally installed by our own technicians.

We Inspect & Prepare It
Your machine is unpacked, calibrated, run-tested and protective-packed at our Benoni fulfilment centre, then sealed and labelled with your order reference and a written warranty before it ships.
Delivered & Installed
Insured courier delivery to all nine provinces: typically 2-4 business days to Gauteng, 3-5 to Cape Town and the Western Cape, and 5-10 to outlying areas. Commercial equipment includes professional installation, placement and handover testing by our technicians.

Assembly, Calibration & Rig Build
Multi-gyms, smith machines and cable rigs are assembled in our build bay by trained technicians. Cables are tensioned, pulleys aligned, weight stacks balanced and safety stops verified before the machine is signed off.

Protective Packing & Dispatch Seal
